They asked me to pay 4700 for rc transfer and took more than 3 months to process it and finally asked to visit the RTO office and asked me pay extra 500 extra which i am not liable for the delay, these company is trying to cheat people.I will make sure these guys face consumer court.
Please don't opt there service if you want peace of mind.

Tried to get drivers license renews through Anam from Itzeasy. No response for 2 months. Stopped picking up my phone. Took 3200 Rs....

Forced to write here after trying to hard to get update on my case.
I applied for my Vehicle NOC ( Scooter & Car) on 11th March 23 as i had to move from Chennai to Bangalore.
Before that i was getting daily calls from their executive Anisha till i made the payment. As soon i made payment that lady completely blocked me & stopped responding my calls & messages. i was calling daily to get my documents to be picked but no response...

I had booked for transfer of my bike RC on 17 Nov 22 via Itzeasy.in. They made me fill two forms form 29/30. Post filling of all forms I submitted my RC, Insurance and related forms to RTO office via person who collected my documents. Document collection was done on 30 Nov 22. Now the problem starts and there has been nil progress or updates on this task ever since. They have been avoiding my calls completely and no response on the task yet to be provided to me. Only one time they answered my calls was on Jan 23 Jan. They updated their timeline to 15 Feb which is also past now. Whenever they are updating they change all timelines and change it to the date o[censored]pdation. Kindly help and guide me what to do in this case

It is now more than 6 months since I have been calling and speaking to Payal, Jotika and Tamanna who have instigated into luring me of best services from Itzeasy for my NOC cancellation, last 2 months back on my continual calling Tamanna she reverted as service cannot be done and money will be refunded with in 7 working days, there seems to be no refund coming in spite of 45 days now, need an answer to my concern for 11623/= Rs collected towards services.

ITZEAST provides assistance to deal with RTO Office matters, For getting non migration certificate for my car from Pune RTO Office, i approached them and paid Rds 4500 which is their fee. It is more than 2 months and no response

I have taken their service for RC transfer of my 4 wheeler car. They told it will be done in 1 month and it’s been 6 months but I have not got my documents back. Last time I talked to them they have lost my document and they are trying to get from rto.

I had payed them money for my Rc transfer of my bike! the first person who helped me SS pal was a very nice guy and did everything right and soon he left the job! after that i had to the agent in Bangalore for the transfer! means i had to call the RTO agent and get it done, they did not even bother to get it done! after the work was done the RTO agent told me that the company had to pay them the amount so that they can send the rc card back to me! but its been 3 months i call to their office everyday they cut my calls ! waste my time as i am too calling from my office and between my work! they put me on hold till the call cuts by itself! its been 6 months and i am running my bike without the RC card

This is a scam and fraudulant company. I got in touch with their bangalore team on 21st jan to obtain my noc for my jupiter. Miss pooja the sales lady was very proactive in explaining me all the services and confidently told me that i will get my noc by 20 days. Being happy with their words i paid 50 percent advance and my documents were collected. On 31st jan they told me that the documents are incomplete and i will need to resubmit it through courier. After some banter where i told them that i paid for home service, they agree to send his executive again. The docs were collected on 1st feb 2020. Later the date of complaint was given to me as 20th feb 2020. When i tried to approach them on 20th feb 2020, i was told that there is a lil delay and it will be completed on 25th feb 2020. I assumed, since it's a govt related work there can be some delay. On 25th again there was no result.. Some guy virat told me the same story and the date got extended to 5th march 2020. I got lil furious but having no choice i agreed.

I called them on 5th march again this time there was a guy mr. Vinay/viren, he bluntly told that it will take time till 12th march 2020... I got much heated since no one was receiving my call, neither virat nor pooja and this guy i got in touch from some google search.. He is an operations guy and told that my work is pending at final approval.. And the new date will be 12th march

Today it's 12th march and i am trying to get in touch with them since 11th march and no one picks up my call at all, they are not responding my emails and when i try and call the website number they don't transfer it to anyone. Please help, this guys are big time fraud

I was looking for any service for rc transfer so i got https://www.itzeazy.com/ website and i registered the details. After sometime i got a call form itzeazy name was anjali. She explain me all the process and ask me to do payment.
I have done with payment. And one person is came to me to collect my document and got conformation with 25 days your work will done.
After 1 month i got mail we can't able to process with any reason. So i called many times for returning my documents. Then i got incomplete documents. From last month to till date i'm keep calling for refund and document they put my number in block list.
