I purchased a 2 bhk flat in chhatarpur enclave phase 2 from jai hind associates in 22 Lakh. but after 2 month a person came to me and showed me a GPA I was shocked to see that Naresh Kumar has sold the same flat to him also.

Naresh kumar is absconding and he has blocked my number also. my life is ruined. i am fighting a legal course with the other person....

I purchased a 1 bhk flat from Naresh Kumar, the owner of the Jai Hind Associates A1 Birla Farm.

He took 51 thousand seperately for a bses electric Meter but he has not provided the meter so far. It has been 6 years and he keeps making excuses. He is not returning my money. Please help me get the meter or my money back....

I booked a flat in chhatarpur enclave by giving 1 lakh. Naresh Kumar promised me that he will renovate the flat, but he did not keep his promises.

I waited for 1 year, but he neither renovated the flat nor returned my token money.

I booked a flat from Naresh kumar, the owner of the Jai Hind Associates. We agreed on a price of 15 lakh and he promised to repair the flat in 3 months.

But after the corona virus is over he is asking for 18 lakh for the same flat.

When I asked him to return my token amount, he is threatening to kill me.

Please help me get back my hard earned money.

I had booked a flat in chhatarpur on 30-Sep-2019 but it has not been yet finished and remains undelivered till the date today. There has been no progress on the Flat. I am not getting any satisfactory responses from the site on my visit.

Kindly look into this matter urgently. Please find my flat details below. Looking forward to seeing your response on this asap.
