Naresh kumar the owner of jai Hind Associates A1 Birla Farm cheated me.
I booked a flat in chhatarpur enclave by giving 1 lakh. Naresh Kumar promised me that he will renovate the flat, but he did not keep his promises.
I waited for 1 year, but he neither renovated the flat nor returned my token money.

I also have to face alot of difficulties because of jai hind Associates A1 Birla Farm. But i have recovered half of the money and soon i will take back the remaining amount.
Naresh kumar sold me a disputed flat and i had to fight with other person who was also claiming the ownership of the flat.
Finally, after a long legal battle the other person proved his ownership. Since then I am after the naresh kumar to recover My money.
