I have asked for a single piece of Vada which there aren't providing and speaking without respect.Its completely my own rights to decide upon the quality to take from them and I didn't even bargain.so kindly request at least if your not able to satisfy coustomer but don't blame or talk . This happened in west coast train on 30 June 2023 at B3 coach...

Charged 40 rupees for two water bottles. Which is 10 rupees higher than the MRP.
I tried to complain through IRCTC complaint help line but call was not connected even after 15 minutes waiting in ivr....
