My account was freezed on 14th Feb 2023 and I am waiting from last two months. I contacted customer support several times but instead of providing any solution to my problem they were asking to open account in another bank. If I have opened account with them then I want to use it. Why there team is behaving like this? I also agree to provide clarification. The Company Is misleading customers by stating that, MEET BANKING THAT KEEPS PACE WITH YOU". But it dosent at all. One Transaction of mine took 12 days to get resolved. The company has set up their conditions which are extremely harmful to the customers and which are against the prescribed guidelines if RBI. The company is cheating us by taking our consent on thiose conditions indirectly. Also the company is cheating me by giving false answers...
