1. they dont have data base of good maid
2.no response from them timly whenever you required.
3. in three months more than 7 maid change in a month 4 to 5 days no maid at home. so u can imagine how the service is. no solution on work.
4. non refund of our contact amount only took three months and service is very pathetic
5. management is pathetic they should be in jail becasue of taking money from client and not responding to them dont bother to call and ask and solve the issue.
6. staff behavior is pathetic. saying aapko mere paaas hi ana hoga meri complaint ki hai na no one will help you. no boss on any staff staff is doing as per there wish.
7. they provide unvarified maid having police case on them. some are not ready for verification. database is very pathetic.
8. if you required 12 hrs maid they will give you 24 hrs but still it will not work.
9. i complaint in written but no reply for the same. we should take a necessary action on them.
10. there is no Hierarchy in company.
11 Pooja Yadav is there her no. is [protected]. she has a big attutide nonsense lady very immature lady. not understading the customer requirement and serioursness of situation.

This is to complaint on my recent interaction and registration with Kaamwalibai.com. I m old customer / user for them so I returned back to them seeking help on getting maid for my parents home. Unfortunately this time staff named Jyoti started fake info by saying we already have baai and will give you immediately, this call happened on 24th & 25th Aug23 (Thursday & Friday). I registered again for new service on 25th Aug Friday with them however now tone changed… On Saturday Jyoti responded that it’s Ganpati season so maids unavailable. Surprisingly overnight Ganpati festival related reasons were given. She said need 48 hrs, till Thursday i.e. 31st Aug23 I received on 3 profile over WhatsApp out of which 1 visited, 1 WhatsApp call with Maid & 3rd no response. Pls note at beginning of my conversation with Jyoti I had condition specified of Marathi Baai which was not the case out of 3 who were given to me. 1st was catholic saying past she was Marathi, 2nd was Hyderabadi saying she is has worked with Marathi family and 3rd Marathi from far off didn’t turn up.
Unfortunate part in last call (almost all calls are recorded by me), conversation initiated by Kaamwali baai.com person didn’t sound like Jyoti however claimed she was and was very RUDE. Gave fake info like 5 profile sent at home than clarified on WhatsApp… she did sound clueless as I had already initiated refund mail.
Very annoying and disturbing experience lead me to my time and money no where…
Pls help me to get my Rs.4720/- for services not taken and close the issue.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing this as a complaint against non arranging maid services at your end as your agency providing house help. The contact of this company was given to me by Internet.

I got the contact of this Agency and the contact person as Sania ( cell no.[protected], from internet on 1st December’2022, I required a part-time maid for cooking and for cleaning of house. Sania from your agency told me they have provide within 24 hrs but I have to made the payment 50% plus GST, after providing the made remaining 50% I have to given them.
She has provide me payment link and I have made the immediate payment due to urgent requirement, my parents has came from Bhopal.

Inspite of 1 day 2 day and further coming 5 days, she has not arranged. Regularly in a day atleast 5 to 6 times I spoked her, she told me they are arranging. Ultimately after 7 days due to non response of your site, we have arrange from difference agency and asked for refund to sania due to there is no response neither any maid arrange by you.

She told me for arranging the refund amt of Rs. 9006.65 as payment link send by her, details of payment is as under:

From 9th December I am continuing following up for my refund amt, daily I had called twice a day and whatsap message, every time she told me that the refund has been process and you will receive mail, she never asked me my bank details.

I would be great if this mail could help us in getting our money back. I any issue please revert.

This is in regard to the service provide company named kaamwalibai based out of Mumbai Andheri east, marol

They charged me a total of 18880 which 16000 advance payment + 18% GST
To provide a maid for 12 hours the executive name Sania has not been able to provide any maid nor has she given me any replacement . the contract says that they will be providing replacements

They just looting your money.
No proper followup, absolutely no service provided
We just have to keep calling them
They only assure but no action

My first payment to the company was done on 18 sep 2019 for a full time maid. I was quoted 14000+18% gst of which i made a payment of 50%. I was looking for a 12 hours nanny for my baby. My criteria was clear that i needed someone between the age group of 25 to 35 years preferably above 30 since my baby is infant. I have mentioned that on the official form that i had filled. We did not get any services for 2days then we hired our old maid....
