Myself Vishnu and i was a paid member of Keralamatrimony from 11 Nov 2021(taken 6 month plan) till 10 May 2022. For the last three months, i was facing some issues with their application.
When i use " search by preference" options, i am getting very low number of profiles ( when i was not a premium member, i gets a lot of profiles).so i created another free account for me and when i search through that profile i am getting 250+ profiles and when i search through the premium account with the same filter criterias, i am getting only 60 or 70 profiles.
Why they are cheating us...Today my premium membership is expired and they are saying that they will consider this and will give us a special discount on next renewal ?? For them money is the main thing..for that they will cheat the customers. I paid around 6k for 6 month membership.And they are asking for 3k more for three month membership. Is they ready for a refund ??? No they are only intrested for giving us a fake discount.

If i am premium member, why they are restricting my search limits ?? Even a unpaid member will get more matches than a paid member ??

Dear Sir, Without verification my email ID has been used for registering of a profile in Kerala Matrimony (Profile ID E3355869). After complaining to customer care there is no action taken for removing my email ID from this profile. Due to this I am getting emails related to this. I need this matter to get resolved at the earliest.
