Hi, I am Debashis Maity I have booked an LPG Cylinder payment through amazon pay on 01/11/2024 but yesterday 05/11/2024 a deliver boy came with a slip and asking for cash payment. After that only he can provide the cylinder because on the slip motioned cash payment is required for this delivery. So, he did not provide the cylinder and go back to office. When I call at the kitchen Queen office they confirmed that online payment has been made on that day. They are said that is not their mistake so that they help me. They also suggest me to complaint against Kichen Queen for the same.
