Kritunga Restaurant Complaints & Reviews

Yesterday I visited Krutinga and I paneer Biryani and found it was smelling. I informed waiter, he rudely said that it is fresh. I asked him to call manager then he started fighting. Very rude and unprofessional behaviours of waiter and staff. I went to reception, but there was no one. One of the staff said that we can’t help.

Today morning I got food poisoning....

They served non veg when I ordered veg and the manger is not good 😡 worst ....

I happen to visit kritunga restaurant banjarahills on 3-july with family.

We ordered a pot biryani which is served in a caly pot with aluminium cover. After the food is being served we happen to check cover and found a dead cockroach on the cover. The insect is so thin that it might be cooked along with food.
We complained the incidents to so called manager there. His behaviour is even worse than the incident. He rudely...

Found big cockroach in food such a worst quality food... I feel guilty for trusting and ordering food at your restaurant, shame on you guys to play with human health, you will never gain my trust again and ill share this news as much as possible in social media so that nobody in my circle will visit you....

Hi Sir, on 12th april 2021 2:30 pm i had visited Kritunga resturant and ordered three pulkas and mutton curry where the pulkas are not good and they were very hard looks like they had prepared a day before and kept in refrigrator request you to do a quality check and do the needful. and they also charged 400 rs...

We took parcel of two chicken biriyani today from kritunga restaurant, near vydehi hospital in whitefield. When we opened the first packet and started having, we understood that it is not fresh. And the second packet was horrible, the chicken pieces were completely spoilt. I just took one piece and had to spit it out. The taste was bad and there was odd smell as well.
