I happen to visit kritunga restaurant banjarahills on 3-july with family.
We ordered a pot biryani which is served in a caly pot with aluminium cover. After the food is being served we happen to check cover and found a dead cockroach on the cover. The insect is so thin that it might be cooked along with food.
We complained the incidents to so called manager there. His behaviour is even worse than the incident. He rudely argued with us and took the foil from us and thrown away.
He also justified that in this kind of ambience the cockroach is expected and the bill can be cancelled if found in the food.
It was very disappointing experience.
Kindly take necessary action.
