I had taken a ₹2 trial subscription using my mobile number +91 [protected]. I was unaware that the subscription would auto-renew this morning. ₹499 was deducted from my account via PhonePe recurring mandate through Google Pay.

As a student, I cannot afford this charge. I have now cancelled the subscription and do not wish to continue.

Please consider this as a genuine mistake and help me with a refund.

I am filing this complaint against Kuku FM due to unauthorized deductions from my bank account and their complete lack of response to multiple emails requesting a refund.
