[Resolved]  Kukufm — unauthorized deduction & non-responsive customer support fraudulent practices by kuku fm

I am filing this complaint against Kuku FM due to unauthorized deductions from my bank account and their complete lack of response to multiple emails requesting a refund.

I initially subscribed to Kuku FM by paying ₹2 as part of their promotional offer.

However, on the same day, ₹399 was deducted twice from my Canara Bank account via PhonePe without my consent.

I immediately contacted Kuku FM support and provided bank transaction screenshots as proof of the unauthorized deduction.

After several follow-ups, they refunded only ₹399 once, but the remaining ₹399 is still unpaid.

Despite repeated emails and follow-ups, Kuku FM has stopped responding to my complaints, and their customer support is completely unhelpful.

Fraudulent Business Practices by Kuku FM:

They lure customers with a ₹2 subscription, only to later deduct large amounts without explicit consent.

They ignore refund requests and stop responding once they process partial refunds.

Their support team even engaged in unprofessional behavior, including WhatsApp video calls, which is a serious breach of customer privacy.

Relief Sought:

1. Immediate refund of the remaining ₹399.

2. Strict action against Kuku FM for deceptive and unauthorized transactions.

3. Investigation into their unethical business practices to prevent further customer exploitation.

I request the consumer protection authorities to take immediate action against Kuku FM for fraudulent deductions and unethical behavior.
