The clerks of the department are sparing no efforts to harass the employees ;hiding information and denying them their rights.They demand MONEY for the legitimate rights of the employees.If not bribed,they threaten to cause some 'bigger loss'.They manipulate things working in-tandem with their clout in the entire department.The officials ,being ignorant,have become puppets in the hands of the clerks.They are made to hear the voice...
