The chocolate milkshake was terrible, i had a sip and couldn't have a sip more. Pathetic. It was melted vanilla ice cream, we're not fools here. Really disappointed. Never having from swirls again. Terrible....

Poor service / Product
Very poor service at Swirls at Haldiram, Ballygunge road, Kolkata. The cashier inspite of having enough change insisted on me giving him change - his name is Srideep and on being confronted about it spoke very rudely and impolitely.
Products are overcharged. For a simple swirl with Tropicana mango juice poured over it and then hand blended consumer is charged Rs.50 when the cost of making and serving such does not exceed Rs.12....
