Hi, I would like to inform that today I had purchased Veg burger (bill no 1760) as take a way from your Virar west branch and they have charges 10 rs as container while in there was no container and when I asked your sales person he told me that this is packing charges . As per me this is unfair practice with customer by Lord Patrock end ....

Ordered on 4TH NOV, 2023 from La pino'z Parle point surat. Restaurant cancelled the order and refund status is not available as of today. No refund received yet...

I ordered chessy macroni, my mac and italian pasta on 14 march 2023 my order I'd is 12787368. But only the payment got deducted. In app they're showing that order is delivered. But I didn't receive my order yet. Kalyan outlet shop told me that refund will be done within 24 hours. But now its more than 72 hours and la Pinoz Kalyan outlet didnt refunded my money. Please refund my money as soon as possible....

I had ordered pizza yesterday form the virar outlet a.9.09 pm and they did not dilevered the pizza since 1 and a half hour after haveing a word with the manager he assured me that he will refund the money but still I haven't received the refund manager nMe dhruv my order num er 8662330...

Hlo sir/madam i ordered a medium pizza from your mukerian outlet and they charged me 430 rupees for just a medium pizza and was just having 3 topppings and less cheese I want my money back or I will file a case against your company for forcing customers to buy expensive pizza which are not worth even a single penny and worst portion size.
