I ordered a combo of 3 kurtis for 799. TODAY I got my parcel .The clothes are totally different and a scrap fit for throwing into a dust bin .It is an online fraud. Now how do I get my money back

I order 3 set of kurti from ladyboutique but I received totally different cloths..which is not even wearable. And I saw this advertisement on google so I thought this was trusted site but now I want refund my money. Even attached phone number is also fake. So they are doing fraud in broad daylight.

Fake Product.. Jo Suit order kiye the wo nahi aa kar dusre second hand full suit aaye hain. Or return address main mob. No. [protected] tha bt incoming call nahi thi. Net se Lady Boutique ka custome care no liya or call ki to unhone sms send kiya or payment refund k liye a/c + Gpay ka mpin manga... Mpin to galat diya maine bt plz refund my payment. Fraud , please file a case against them
Very fake and cheating business strategy. I brought 3 Kurtis for 799, but all are worn out and toned, the colors which I have received are old as comparted to the one shown in the pictures.
If this is the genuine website and really a consumer portal, I request you to please stop this kind of illegal business strategy, the mobile number provided is also fake where I am unable to reach their number.
I request you please refund the amount which I have spend.

Hi my mom purchased a 4kurtis from this merchant which was 799 came today where the dress material was only able to use to clean house floor and its size was L where my mom ordered xxl and it was used.
