Warranty not honoured
I bought a lifelong mixer grinder from Amazon on 23/09/22 with one year warranty one of its jar broke down a few days back so I registered a complaint 482914:1934677 on 26/06/23 with them after a long and tedious process and assured jar replacement within 6-7 working days but nothing happened till date and no support from their end also written several mails to Amazon too but all in vain no one heeds it seems that they both are bugging poor...

While cooking food in lifelong Gas Burner, the glass top suddenly burst into small pieces. We have not much injured but yes little bit. This happened in presence of my faimly and I have photographs and video as evidence.
