[Resolved]  Lifelong Online Retail Private Limited. — Warranty not honoured

I bought a lifelong mixer grinder from Amazon on 23/09/22 with one year warranty one of its jar broke down a few days back so I registered a complaint 482914:1934677 on 26/06/23 with them after a long and tedious process and assured jar replacement within 6-7 working days but nothing happened till date and no support from their end also written several mails to Amazon too but all in vain no one heeds it seems that they both are bugging poor customer hands in hand lost all my trust on Amazon too
