AMC Service is not done from last 22 days

Hi Team,

I have taken 2 years AMC from live pure and AMC will expiring next month. I have requested AMC service starting of October month and service request on livepure system still opened from last 22 days and they are not service it with part replacement which they have commitment at the time of AMC application, as it will expire next month.

After expiring AMC they will say it is expired and part will not...

Power supply problem

No service done by the LIVE PURE Service Centre

Address:Sunder Nagar Near Durga Mata Mandir, Pathankot

Instead of repeated request no body can visit the place for servicing the LIVEPURE equipment installed in my residence....
