Hi Team,

I have taken 2 years AMC from live pure and AMC will expiring next month. I have requested AMC service starting of October month and service request on livepure system still opened from last 22 days and they are not service it with part replacement which they have commitment at the time of AMC application, as it will expire next month.

After expiring AMC they will say it is expired and part will not be replace.

I have taken AMC of two years and they are not changing most important RO Membrane part twice which was commitment at the time of purchasing's AMC. Usually RO Membrane should be change approx. after one year. They are not changing RO Membrane. last RO Membrane was changed in 5th Nov 2022. What is the benefit of two year AMC? AMC is ongoing as on date will expire on 31st Oct 2023 after expiry they will not change. AMC duration is 1st Nov 2021 to 31 Oct 2023. Livepure AMC service and commitment is very Pathtic. I will throw my RO from 14th floor if part will not be replaced. I have paid Rs 6600 and full replacement is not provided from Livpure. Never purchage livepure RO and never purchase it's AMC.
THIS LIVEPURE COMPANY HAVE CHEATED ME AND EAT MY HARD EARNED MONEY which i have paid in advance at the time of AMC payment.
