We have purchased Livpure - Liv-pep-pro-plus+7ltr RO water purifier having serial no WH24874 online via Flipkart Invoice No PL:f[protected] /S:S[protected] (thru online seller Consulting Rooms Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi which was delivered on 27th May2022 at Bhandup Mumbai

It passed five days I registered complaint through their hotline no. As their website was not working and whenever I call them they ask me to wait
As my RO is not working and due this COVID period I need to go out to bring the water and because of this if i get positive and my family as well through me and if we die who will be responsible.
So I do need urgent assistance....
