Livepure Private Limited — Damaged Product Delivery and no replacement or repair despite warranty

We have purchased Livpure - Liv-pep-pro-plus+7ltr RO water purifier having serial no WH24874 online via Flipkart Invoice No PL:f[protected] /S:S[protected] (thru online seller Consulting Rooms Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi which was delivered on 27th May2022 at Bhandup Mumbai

After installation it was found to be leaking hence we asked for replacement via Flipkart and Livepure Customer Care. The Flipkart instead sent an Livpure Engineer who found a part was not functioning and faulty.
We raised this complaint to Flipkart and Livepur in their replacement period but was rejected 2-3 times. We have all call recordings, Photos, Names (Livpure Representatve Nishant Shekhar) Nos of person involved during this efforts.

Again the Livepure was contacted but nothing has happened till date. We plan to go the consumer court for the compensation for faulty delivery,

Request you to guide who can help file the complaint in consumer court in Mumbai and fight our cause for the harassment, frustration we have faced till date
