Very Small Company.
According to Act no necessary space and no toilets facilities and situated in apartments.
the building is a rental one and very small and they have 8 or 12 systems .
all ways make a lock on you to work for them as slave by any kind of the tactics.
They earn a lot money by the project but not give to the working guys.
they Except more knowledge with lesser salary....

The owner lalith will recruit freshers or less experienced persons who came from rural areas. He will terminate 98% of employees immediately without any explanation. While joining, he will say that offer letter will be given after 1 year and one month is notice period. But he never leave that person after two years also and he will blackmail more than 3 months as notice period. He will force employees to work more than 11 hours and Sunday also partial working day. He will never give leave for sick also.
He never give respect to employees. Always demotivating employees saying that the salary which he gave you was waste. He never do back ground verification for ex-employees and he will ignore all emails & calls regarding BGC (Back Ground Confirmation on verification).
Friends please don't join his company and don't regret like me life long.
