The company magixkart does not exist. But its advertisement is running on various popular apps like Instagram, Facebook, etc. Kindly deactivate/kill their advertisements on apps. As they do fraudly...take ur information and did not delivered the product ordered to customers. ..its just a scam to get ur money...do not choose pay online option ever. I choose cash on delivery, but didn't received the product...I waisted my time...on this site and end up giving my information details...

I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.

I ordered hair conditioner bar (https://magixkart.com/hair-conditioner-bar) on Magixkart.com today (1-Jan-2023). I made payment online of Rs 809.
But, there has been no order details on landing page. There is no email also received for the same.

I was buy one products price of 899 and there was no details give me and money is cut from my account

Ordered and paid online but no order confirmation, order number and given contact number does not exist

Sending fake product tooling money from everyone

I had ordered a garden hose worth Rs 1000/- on 23 May 2022 and instead the item delivered on 25 May 2022 is something like a cotton curtain buckle worth not more than Rs 100. The order option chosen was cash on delivery and since I was not home, the neighbors collected it and paid for it.

I tried to call the support no. given on the website and that number ([protected]) does not exist. I also sent an email on [protected]@magixkart.com but there is no response as yet.

I request for a refund at the earliest.

I ordered magnetic mosquito net on COD basis.The product is not compatible with my door and is of bad quality.Since date of delivery I am writing for return, refund but there is no response.The address and telephone number given are fake.This is a fraud site using various names with address as Karol Bagh and non existing tel.no.

I had ordered magnetic mosquito net.It is not compatible with my door.I have sent numerous emails to bomofy to return the product but no response..The address given is Karol Bagh which is incomplete and fake.So many fictitious companies are using this address and they do not have any phone number.This is a clear case of deficiency in service.I request FB to take its cognizance.

I have placed an order on COD for self adhesive reflective mirror and after opening the parcel I see that product delivered is of wrong dimension

The product ordered was a rectangular shaped 50cm * 100cm, however delivered product is oval shaped 20cm * 30cm.. Even the packing shows the correct dimension but inside product is wrong dimension..

Requesting to please send the right product and take this return at the earliest.

I ordered their self-adhesive Reflective Mirror Wall sticker for Rs799. The product delivered is not the same as shown in the images on the website. The product that was sent is much smaller, the Reflection quality is very bad and it is clearly a fake.
It is a complete waste of money and I want to return the product for a money-back guarantee being advertised on their website.

I have ordered a item from this website. They sent me a completely fake product which is not even worth for 10 rupees, they charged 900 for that. More over they won't reply to your customer care complaints. Their phone is not working. Government should ban fake websites like this.
