Dear Sir/Madam,

as per traffic department has been given penalty to me on my vehicle no. MH-20 DN 8932 Rupees of 1200/- & this Amount also i have paid online payment by phone -pay to BILLDESK (Traffic department apps) Payment Transaction id is T2202161607501867302255 on DT. 15/02/2022 But i have checked online on Mahatraffic E- Challen payment is pending seen in apps till time & date so pl slove my issue

We had started from Bengaluru on 2nd Oct 2021, and Reached my native Barwaha Distt: Khargone on 3rd Oct 2021. However, we have received a challan for overspeeding at "Gavrai HSP" on 4th Oct 2021 Challan Number HSPCC[protected] Dt:[protected]:05:29.436. Also there is no proof attached in the challan about speeding. There are Fastags amount deduction proofs available with us to prove that I had crossed Maharastra on 3rd Oct.

The fine amount Rs 1000/- has been paid just to avoid further hassles.

Kindly refund the amount and take back this challan.

Pune Traffic Police — Wrong challan sent to my mobile

I have received a 2 wrong challans for no helmet on my mobile no. for a motor cycle which is does not belong to me.

Today i was paying my challan on this website https://mahatrafficechallan.gov.in and money has been deducted from my bank account but on the website it shows.

"Failed while receiving Gateway Response
We apologize that your transaction was not able to go through.
Request you to please try again"

On the website the challan is still shows pending.
