I have owned a private vehicle tata indigo xl (Tr01ag-0691) through public fiance mahindra and mahindra finance pvt. Ltd. I was paying the installments regularly until my vehicle had a technical fault. I was searching for the required parts so as to make my vehicle in running condition. But, due to non availability of the parts in local authorized dealers as well as in guwahati i had to wait to bring it from other places.in doing so, my vehicle was out of road for 9 months and i was unable to pay 10 installments for this vehicle. I did requested verbally to the finance company to allow me to give 2 installments and remaining will be paid from time to time along with present installments. But it was considered. Then all of a sudden they took my vehicle from my home during 1st week of aug, 2016 without informing me. Till date there is no correspondence from their end regarding the seizing process they have done.

I purchased Chevrolet sail Uva in June 2014 and I met in a accident in December 2014. I had insurance covered. However Chevrolet workshop in Solapur and Insurance Company *(Royal Sundaram). They could not come with a decision so my car was brought to Baramati Showroom (Mota Showroom). Where they took another 6 months and came up with a decision that Car is total loss.
