I have complaint against the mahindra agency royal motors (Pror:auto carriage pvt. Ltd.) westbengal kol-26,... I, m already complaint. Don, t response.... I am booking vehicle mahindra xylo d4 date 18/10/2017. From your agency, delivery date 20/11/2017. Already 16 days is over... I, m unsatisfied with m/f dealer (Royal motors) if you did n, t any strict action till now. I will file case against agency for vehicle late delivey day by day harresment...

Its been 5 days ie 23-12-11 since my xylo had an engine failure on the mumbai-goa highway near satara and all our holiday plans were ruined along with incurring a major financial loss, but shamefully I have still not received any communication from Mahindra customercare. WAKE UP MAHINDRA CUSTOMER CARE WAKE UP!
My car has been with the NBS service center for past 3 days before which 2 different service center in pune have worked on...
