[Resolved]  Mahindra Xylo — WAKE UP MAHINDRA CUSTOMERCARE WAKE UP

Its been 5 days ie 23-12-11 since my xylo had an engine failure on the mumbai-goa highway near satara and all our holiday plans were ruined along with incurring a major financial loss, but shamefully I have still not received any communication from Mahindra customercare. WAKE UP MAHINDRA CUSTOMER CARE WAKE UP!
My car has been with the NBS service center for past 3 days before which 2 different service center in pune have worked on for 2 days trying to figure out what the issue with my car was.

I was told by the NBS technician yesterday that they are still doing test on the vehicle and they want to continue doing tests on it for another 2 days just to be sure and figure what the ailment actually is. This is a joke, is XYLO a damn lowend wannabe muv or some goddamn alien-ship that has landed from outer space, that it takes so many days and so many smart trained technicians at Mahindra(well that is debatable cause if they were smart they would be running their own auto garage shops) to try and trouble shoot an engine failure.

The gearbox of my car was opened when it had barely done 10000km to change the 2nd gear issue with the synchronizing kit which I had since the beginning of purchasing this vehicle, what is going to be now at 30000km, will mahindra open up the engine of my car now??
It is very evident that there has been a design and manufacturing defect with this vehicle and this vehicle was not road worthy and should have been recalled. If this is what the state of a 2 year old Xylo, then god help the people who are buying the XUV500, surely who are in for a rude shock soon considering the manufacturing defects it might have and the competence level of the technicians and service backup at Mahindra.

The harassment ,trauma and endangering of mine and my families life cannot be healed, but Mahindra should refund me the financial loss that I have incurred in this whole horrific ordeal. Considering my cars history, as a customer it should be the moral responsibility of a brand like Mahindra to do the HONEST RIGHT thing and correct this.

I am providing vehicle on rent. I am with you I have purchased the Xylo D2 model on January 2012 Firstly the dealers gave delivery late by 16 days from the first day it was found that there abnormal wobbling in Gear Handel and abnormal vibration in engine AC was not working.and there are many more problem in second service they changed the Turbo to solve my problem as it is not resolved now they want to change the injector, bosh pump, gear assembly further there was diesel leakage from engine, Alternator was failed after many correspondence and complaint some persons visited my residence by result is zero and till date they did not revert bank, my vehicle is in workshop of G3 Motors Ltd. Malad [w], Mumbai. Now I am Proceeding this matter with consumer Court
