Sarees selected online and delivered were different

I had ordered 2 sarees online. After much waiting, the delivery came, and I paid 2598 rupees. After I opened d package, I saw it was not what I ordered and it was very very poor quality material. I tried contacting them on WhatsApp, no response. Mails are not being sent to d email id.

I had placed an order for blue color saree costed INR 1299 COD but they delivered red colour saree and different material.
Tried several times to contact them to return or exchange, they are not responding.
This is TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 😭

I ordered 2 sarees (order no-18528) worth 2600/- and got wrong product. They ahve a 9day return policy but they are not responding to any phone calls or emails.
I am trying for refund and if you can help me with that.
Please ban the fraud company so that soone else doesn't get cheated.

I have received wrong product.

I have placed saree on malharee website worth 1299 rupees.But i have received different product, I have called them N number of times asking for return but no one is picking the call.I think this is big fraud, they are cheating people.Please take the necessary action.

Fraud WEBSITE
I have ordered a saree but got wrong product. i have contacted malharee through mail, whatsapp, contact number etc but there is no response.. It is completely a trap that they will take 1300rs and give us a cheap saree. It is a fraud website. please compensate me with refund as soon as possible

Ordered a saree from them via Facebook, But received a totally different Saree also the Saree has black scars on it . Tried many time to contact them through E-mail, WhatsApp, phone call .
The Reviews shown on their website are totally fake as their are no negative reviews on their products, every product on their website has 4 & 5 star ratings which are totally biased .

I ordered green coloured paithani and I received different saree and its not worth the price I paid for the saree. When I try to dial no. For raise complaint then it shows out of service.

My mom ordered a saree from Malharee shop and she got the wrong product. We want to return the product and request for a refund but they are not at all responding. Please take the necessary action against them. I can see a lot of complaints against them and think that it's a fraud. My mom fell in this trap and don't want others to repeat the same.

This is Narayana Rao. I am Ordered (Order ID: 10884) a saree from Malharee website on 03/04/2023 and I received it on 07/04/2023. But the saree is not as shown the picture, a cheap Saree with deferent Color. I am Trying to Contact Them but no reply and No Response on What's App, G Mail. It's Return Policy is 9 Days of Delivery. But They not Responding Plz Help me, and Ban The Company. They are Frauds and targeting Innocent People

I ordered a one saree and paid 1300 COD for it. Received a completely different sari and have been trying to contact them regarding their 9 day return policy. No response to email, whatsapp or call . I now see that many other customers have had the same issue, so they must do this on purpose. Advertise one thing and send something else. i want return my money

I ordered a paithani sari and paid 1300 COD for it. Received a completely different sari and have been trying to contact them regarding their 9 day return policy. No response to email, whatsapp or FB inquiries. They have deleted all my comments on their FB page and even blocked me. I now see that many other customers have had the same issue, so they must do this on purpose. Advertise one thing and send something else. Everything about this business is bogus.

We parche one paitani Sari but that Saree was not paithani that was cottton Sari ..they are told 9 days for return policy but they aren't received Call and we made mail also but they are not respons any thing we want to return that saree..we want our amount back.

Hello Guys! just read your complaints. I had already visited the page and after havinng a look at the pictures and the prices of the sarees written below, soon realized that this's fake ad or fraud site. The paithani sarees which are showcased on the sites are worth 50, 000 to 1, 50, 000 lakhs INR, Pl tell me how can one sell sarees worth million rupees in mere 1, 000? When person is claiming to sell you a product worth 1, 00, 000 only in 1000 then surely he's cheating or making a fool out of you...isn't it? If one thinks for few minutes before clicking and paying online surely then will understand that there's something wrong or "daal mein kaala"
