Dear sir,

Maybe you have not understood my issue. The online claim form 10-c is not forwarded to pf
Office. I have attached the status shown on my uan login — claim status. It clearly mentions
Under claim status that (1) date sent to field office as blank and (2) current status shows
"online claim submitted at portal"

Kindly check and push the online claim to field office regional office,...

I have submitted my online claim status as on 02.10.2018 form 19 and form 10 c.
Out of which form 19 has been settled but regarding 10 c it is showing submitted at portal.
May i know by what time procedure of my form 10 c will be completed?
