I would like to bring to your notice about this shop called Shantai, a sugarcane outlet which has been creating noise pollution through a machine deployed outside the shop....

No police takes any action in dehu gaon noise pollution issues in all festival and in March been tukaraam festival and whole day shouting on loudspeakers and from morning 4am to night 11:30pm, almost full day noise pollution. Every 100 meter a group of people are shouting for prayer on loudspeakers. This creates a lot of mental torture and harrasment to old age people, kids, illness people by these ### people and when wo go to complain to...

I live in Pare, Mumbai and the air quality is getting worse day by day. It's getting difficult to live here. This is happening mainly due to construction works and traffic. Kindly take major action for pollution control

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a critical environmental issue in B Ward, specifically within the Masjid Bunder area. Our society, New Bhagwan Bhuvan, is facing a severe problem with illegal kharkhanaas operating in the vicinity.
The situation is dire, with approximately 100 illegal chimneys installed, emitting harmful substances into the air. Multiple complaints have been lodged with various departments, but unfortunately, the issue persists, endangering the health of our residents.
We earnestly request the immediate intervention of the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) to address and resolve this pressing matter. The illegal kharkhanaas are not only causing environmental pollution but are also using harmful acids, posing a significant risk to the well-being of the community.
We kindly urge the MPCB to:
* Conduct a thorough investigation into the illegal kharkhanaas operating in B Ward, Masjid Bunder.
* Take immediate action to shut down these illegal operations.
* Collaborate with other relevant departments to ensure a comprehensive and effective resolution.
* Regularly monitor and enforce environmental regulations to prevent the recurrence of such illegal activities.
The residents of New Bhagwan Bhuvan Society are deeply concerned about the impact on our health and the environment. Your swift action in this matter is crucial, and we trust that the MPCB will take all necessary steps to address the issue promptly.

Hello MPCB,

Recently from few weeks is being observed air quality is drop near padle village, kalyan shilphata, area and surrounding area. It causing many health issue, my family members are suffering from respiratory related disease.

It seems garbage's/waste are burn out side without any percussion and all hazardous chemicals are moving in air which effecting everyone's health.

Now population in this area has significantly increase so dumping area and waste management related things should be shift to another place where there is no impact to human living being.

Please take necessary action quick to resolve air pollution issue since its having immediate impact on everyone's life those are staying here.

In the Mumbai City Bandra railway Yard manage by Western railway Power Genrater noise issue in yard side and around 2000 peoples facing hearing problem in golibar Santacruz East side area.

We are humble request to please take the stick action on this and resolve the noise and Air pollution also.

We are residing in row houses in Bibvewdi area, Pune. Near by Row house is given on rent to Cosmos Bank. even though this is not allowed by society.

This bank has installed diesel generator in the society premise. This is causing air and noise pollution and health issues to me as I nearby row house.
The pipe for ejection for diesel generator has been left open to our side which is causing severe inhalation issues for me and my family.

We are concerned about my health issues

People Residence in Ground Floor Kanishka Sankul CHS, Shivaji Chowk Badlapur East, Loudly Listen song Every Day at Morning and Evening also even if there is exam time they cant stop to play songs with high sound, already talk with them but they did not stop to play their instrument with high volume, can any police authority or government authority stop them please consider my complaint as request i suffer problem because of that...

Address of temple ; shri Saibaba Vishwakarma temple, Sutar vasti, shikrapur, shirur, pune 412208.
Above temple has loudspeakers which it uses daily for 1 to 1.5 hours with very loud noise which is close 80 to 85 dB which is clear violation of rules and regulations for noise control mentioned in EPA 1986.
Also it violates the supreme courts judgement of 2005.
also they don't have any legal permission to used loudspeaker daily too loudly.
I want you to take action on above temple as per rules and regulations to stop using loudspeakers with sound which violates the rules and judgement of supreme court 2005.

Too much chemical relaesed yesterday and today, too bad smell in air . (29 & 30 April 2023) hazardous emissions from Taloja MIDC.

This is happening regularly since more than 5 years.

Difficult to breathe.

I am living in lakeshore green khoni palava society.Every night around between 11 pm to 4 pm i smell very toxic high volume gas.
I can see black air coming out of factory.
Gas smell is involved withvery high toxic chemical.

I want to complaint about this.

Hello sir,
Here to bring your attention to the illegal tyre remoulding workshop in the residential area. Due to uncontrolled release of carbon gas of burning and moulding tyres on daily basis. Its impossible to breath in the area. Kids are getting ill frequently by these hazardous gases.
Please note this as a serious issue. And ask them to shift in the industrial area.

Noise Pollution caused by loudspeakers playing extremely loud music past 10 pm in Mumbai Chandivali, Mhada Colony locality. The loud music is making windows shatter and creating nuisance in the area.

I am residing at National Highway no.8, Vasai, which is a residential area were a thermocol company is illegally running their business by making noise and air pollution. Which badly affects the health of people living there.
I had once complaint last 3-4 year back but no strict action was taken. The company was closed only for 4 four days then again it started . So i kindly request you to look into this matter and please take some strict action against it.
I would request you people to come and check and also ask people living around how much they are having trouble due to it.

A restaurant next to our building premises has being sold without builder making proper provisions and this has caused my family and neighbourhood flats to live miserable life with the noise entire day and also the exhaust fan and chimney being installed without any silencer and an owner has being requested couple of times about the same with no luck... Myself and my kids are suffering of bad throat infection because of this kitchen air. We can't leave kids to play in premises and neither can they concentrate in studies at home because of the unavoidable noise. Also a pregnant women in a neighborhood has being urging for the same with no luck... Please help us...
