I am writing to request assistance in obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for a vehicle loan that was taken in 2005 for our Maruti 800 (Vehicle Number: KA05MC2959). The loan was fully repaid, but unfortunately, the NOC was not given before the bank branch closed.

I purchased my car no. MP04HA7548 year 2003 around 18 years ago from dealer - Jeewan motors, BHOPAL(M. P.). I got it financed from maruti countrywide auto financial services pvt. Ltd as its help desk was available at dealers place. I cleared all loan amount in short time but did not receive noc. Now i need to apply for my vehicles transfer, but since i dont have noc, i am facing problem. Please help. My email id is -

My Aunt has taken loan for Maruti 800 car bearing registration no: RJ14 7C 4219 from Maruti Dealership (Vipul Motors), Jaipur on[protected]. Taken loan from the maruti countrywide for Rs. 1, 20, 000 for (60 months). The loan amount was paid back in stipulated instalments and the EMI Amount Rs. 2585 ( Loan Account No. MMJ[protected] . First Installment started 7-6-2003 and the last installment was paid on[protected]. PDC start date 7-6-2003 and end date 7-3-2008.

I request you to kindly issue your NOC letter as the loan has been paid.

I have had a maruti omni purchased on installment through maruti countywide from hyderabad branch in the year 2006 and the installment ended in theyear 2007.
Since then we have not received the noc and now the office is permanently closed and amalgamated.

We have not received the noc despite several reminders.

For this, I had taken loan of Rs. 1.70 lakhs from Maruti countrywide Auto Financial Services Ltd., Branch Office, Jalgaon. i have regularly paid this loan amount through the cheques of Bank of Baroda, Main Branch,Jalgaon.The repayment started on July 25,2001 and ended on June 25, 2006.
