I have booked my NISSAN MAGNITE XV TURBO car on December 2020 online with Nissan online booking portal. After hardly 4-5 months, the booked showroom (MARVEL NISSAN) broke the partnership & moved on. But my booking amount was not refunded. I called the customer care lot of times, but they are not helpful. Please someone help what to do as the next step?

I have Booked Nissan Magnite car with Marvel Nission Hosur showroom on Dec 30 2020. They announced that they will close Car Show room in Housr, Tamil Nadu. So asked refund my booking amount. I called them around more than 50 (Fifty times) but nothing happened only got fake assurances only.
I believe that the dealer is not intended to refund the genuine amount and dealer integrity is doubtful and questionable.
I therefore urge to the responsible/competent authority that kindly arrange to refund the amount back to the tune of Rs 11000/- immediately please.

Even I too booked with them 2020 December. I too lost my money of INR 11, 000. Nissan Management should hold it responsible but they are not at helpful. Please stay away from NISSAN CARS.
