With reference[protected] dt: 31.12.21 of my complaint i thank you for your fast action but the problem was not fully rectified and still the reverse drainage is entering in my premises i request you to please look into this regard and give permanent solution to this problem.

My neighbour, M/S. master polymers pvt ltd, while constructing their new building blocked drainage canal and the drainage water is entering into my premises and into my bore well causing lot of problem and causing illness. I already placed complaint to gvmc sanitary cell and they have inspected the problem but my neighbour is not ready to cooperate and the sanitary people have gone back without doing any correction .
