Master Polymers Pvt Ltd — Drainage blockade problem

My neighbour, M/S. master polymers pvt ltd, while constructing their new building blocked drainage canal and the drainage water is entering into my premises and into my bore well causing lot of problem and causing illness. I already placed complaint to gvmc sanitary cell and they have inspected the problem but my neighbour is not ready to cooperate and the sanitary people have gone back without doing any correction . So i request you to look into this matter urgently as it is causing lot of problem to enter into my premises and solve the problem as early as possible.
