I order 3d mirror 1+3 but I received only 1piece I pay on cash Rs 999.so please help me to refund the money. The product I have returned. Order #:Miroiter42020 essentials

I have ordered Mero6iter3dMirrir under the 1+3 offer on 23/5/2023.
the order was delivered on 26/5/2023 and paid Rs. 799/- as COD.. But the packet has only one mirror, instead of 4 as per the offer. the one delivered was too small to be used as a wall mirror. The add shows larger samples.
The delivery boy disagreed to return the packet.
As I am not satisfied by the item and the difference from the booked item, Kindly do the needful to take back the item and refund the money (Rs. 799/-)

Hi,

I had ordered the Tornado Vegetable Chopper, shown in their Instagram ad. Also, I was told that it was a 1+1 offer for Rs. 1199.

I received a garlic mincer instead of the vegetable chopper, and that too only one piece.
I wasn't expecting this kind of service, and now I am totally convinced that we shouldn't buy things through Instagram ads, because they are all scams.

Kindly look into this matter, and either ask them to refund my money, or send me the actual product with the 1+1 offer. I am attaching a screenshot of the order placed. Also the screen recording of the product for which I had placed the order, and the pictures of the order that I received.
