Ordered Product and payment was deducted but material not received yet

I have ordered a material Grinder @ Rs. 399/- from SURETOSHOPPI website ordered confirmed by email but from this MAYUR HAMABHIAI BALDANIYA name and payment successful confirmation received but I didn't received product yet and there is no order history in SURETOSHOPPI.
