I had ordered from McDonalds, Karkhana, Secunderabad, Telangana. I made the payment and was told my delivery would be done in 55 mins. 45 mins later the delivery agent calls and tells me that the order is cancelled. I ordered around 8:55 p.m on Thursday, 4 May, 2023. At 9:45 p.m I get the call that my order is cancelled and that the store is closed from the zomato delivery agent.

A brand like McDonalds has let me down terribly and has put me into huge inconvenience as we have to make quick plans as children are left hungry.

This kind of irresponsibility is highly not acceptable from McDonalds. they could have informed us as soon as the order was placed.

I had visited the Mc Donalds Indiranagar outlet on 14th Apr and placed an take away order of rs 520 approx but i was not given the bill.

I had just got the attached order waiting slip which was given to me to wait.

This is the second time i have faced such a thing.

Please check your cameras from 10:00 - 11:00pm for your confirmation and follow your obligations towards customer.br...

I ordered one mcspicy burger, one filet o fish burger, one mc aloo tikki burger, medium peri peri fries and 2 CHOCOLATE VANILLA MUFFINS FOR TAKEAWAY.i was given the takeaway order with no muffins.totally irresponsible on the staff side.charging 245 rs for that and not giving it.this took place at ahmednagar outlet around 10.15pm.i cant afford to go back.please train your staff to be more responsible.money doesnt grow on trees.

This is to inform that one counter of mc donalds in old delhi chandni chowk branch has so badly behaved staff...
They dont even know how to serve in queues...blindly asking anybody who is in queue to shut up keeping people off...this is done by your female staff...

No ettiquettes to talk to customers...when a powerful person comes infront then ur staff doesnt have any morale to utter a single word in front of them...otherwise they are rude and abusive...especiall female staff...
I was really harrassed...

What is this!!! earlier mcdonalds servics used to be so good!!! now what happended?!!! firstly inn the burger filet o fish the burger used to be small now its extra small!!! how are they so cheap?!!! before they used to put atleast 1 cheese slice! now they dont ever put 1 slice!!! half a slice!!! what about panner wrap??!!! its just weird now!! its so disappointing!!! please resolve it

Food was very bad and cold ...fries are burnt .and in wrap the vaggies are not fresh chicken is not cooked well ..cold drink is spilled all over in the bag

Good evening Sir, My name is Col Venu M Gollakota (retd). Today, ie on 15 May 2021, I have ordered for food from Mc Donalds, Pune, India though Swiggy App on 15 may 2021. The order number is MOL-DL[protected]. Store name Modedina. The order was for four items including the chicken wrap, the amount was for Rs 638/-.
The chicken wrap contained raw chicken in it. This is utter negligence on part of the company. This has caused us a lot of mental agony. Such food can cause health problems if consumed.
Request you to please look into the matter and facilitate monetary compensation for the agony caused. I am attaching the photos of the raw chicken and the bill for the order. I have taken a detailed video the raw chicken but unable to attach the file although it is 8 MB. I can send this video whenever it is asked for by other means. Regards, Col Venu

Pathetic service and average food. I have told cashier to give me regular meal but she charged medium meal. Also in medium meal she didn't give me piri piri seasoning. My cold coffee and ice tea served without lid. There card machine is not working properly meanwhile my order is ready.. I have told her to give me my meal and once there card machine will work they can charge but they denied. Meanwhile my food got cold. I told them to replace my fries because its very very soggy but they denied. Overall very very bad exp. After that i will never visit again.

I made a payment of Rs 184 from my debit card but my pmt was not processed. however, the bank has deducted the amount from my card and i even processed the same pmt from my other card which was successful. I confirmed with the bank and they are saying that the pmt got through. Now, I;d been charged twice for one order. Could you please check into this matter and process my refund for the amount charged wrongly.
I do have the restaurant bills and the proofs of the charge.

I am from mumbai, and i get problem in you newly opened mc cafe at bandra east near bkc,
On the 7th apr 2016 at 6;00 pm we three friends there in the cafe and on counter we asked to the counter guy we need vegetarian food he told me i will served nice choice and with meal so we go for that and after again we asked him this is vegetarian sure, he say yes sure this is, after getting our delivery we eat that food and suddenly i show the invoice or bill which he give for the food and its written mcchickn

After we did not eat even cola also and we asked we want to talk your manager, because i am hindu and your counter guy given me non veg food, for this they hold me more then four hour and they request for me as sorry this not happened next time,
Sir i asked you i am hindu and i am vegetarian so if you severed me non veg against my religions and say sorry to me its ok for this,
So this your services to make hindu or vegetarian to convert non vegetarian or hindu to non hindu, its you job to convert religion,
Please reply as soon as i need clarification for this, and i want to be again hindu which you try to convert me in non hindu .

26th Aug, visited your outlet in Sigma Mall, Bngl.1) there was a layer of dust on the chairs. 2) I had a take away order of a spicy chicken wrap, my wrap roti was not grilled properly and i was served in a simple wrapper in which burger are wrapped and not the special designed packing for the wrap.3) Their was a filthy dustbin lying on the counter and was removed only when we objected. 4) When i wanted to place a complaint on the website, in cities i could not see Bangalore and thus could not place a complaint there.

Abhishek this side i buy one meal pack from sector 16 mac-donalds outlet and when i open french fries pack i found dead fly( makkhi) there after seeing this i do mometting and i am not feeling well now so its my request to take action against them . My number is [protected]
