I have received a wrong product and I am really struggling to return that product. Their site is pathetic, I cant see any orders under My Profile and hence unable to initiate return. Customer care number is either busy or out of network or they dont pick up the call.

Looks fake website, really bad experience with this company. My money is stuck and I am not getting appropriate response.

Your company MR.. MANISH insulting my shop... And behavior like animal. Today i have registered a complain in pulic station now. I have request to you suspended manish in you brand.

My one ear buds is not charging..and working properly

I have ordered products but on next day it was cancelled at the meemee end and initiated the refund 20 days back, which I haven't received yet. I tried multiple times to reach customer support via email and phoone but no response!.

Its just 2 months and we are not able to fit the sit back in sitting position, my baby is 6 months old and now its a time for her to enjoy her ride while sitting, when we went to MEE MEE shop situated in pune at seasons mall they were unable to help us, its so strange the stroller had a capacity of carrying 25kg and it was unable to carry 6 kg baby.

our money is totally wasted, i need a compensation for the same.

I purchased a baby cot, and and the plywood broke in a month with may b just 5 uses and the baby is just six months old

I don't understand why the quality is so low, am very much angry as when I asked the shop from where I purchased they are telling me to get carpenter and fix

If so is the quality and service I think I should go ahead still further with the issue

I want immediate attention to this issue and to be sorted within a weak time

I had contacted multiple times through emails and phone but no response. I had requested for refund and they havent still refunded my amount in the account.

I have purchased mee mee manual breast pump yesterday and when i started to use it is not working properly pressure is not sufficient to pump the milk. I didn’t even use it for a single day. I wanted to return the product kindly give me details on how to return. This is such a disappointing to me not even i used it for one day. I never expect this type of quality from mee mee. I want to replace my pump with new one.

Requested for a mee mee walker seat spare part, got response and was asked to pay the amount online. Paid full amount and no update after payment. No response to mails, customer care not responding. Is this how popular brands behave after payment. I got reply to mails before payment and when mailed after payment no response. Totally dissapointed. No body answers the customer care number, how many ever times you call.

I bought the stroller from first cry and they could not repair it replace the stroller cushion seat and asked me contact mee mee customer care. I followed up everyday and i was given hopes and nothing else for 3 months. Only one girl works in the call center, her named is nonsense dolly, you cannot escalate your issues to anyone and you will not get spares ever if you want to pay. The company is useless. Now none of their customer care number works, it always says that the number is busy, no reply on emails for 2 months. Please don't buy their products, better go for foreign brands.

I have ordered three toys from mee mee and they have delivered only one. They messaged me that my one item is cancelled and refund will be initiated shortly but neither received toy nor item and my order history shows only two items and i have ordered three. Calling their customer care but no one is taking call. Very bad experience. Take some strict action against them

I had bought the baby Tri cycle a year before, my 2 years old baby was riding it but all of a sudden broke down with no warning ⚠️

The Tri cycle broke into two half. The welding in the rods has broke..

When we went to the first cry stores for the Mee Mee product, there was no proper reply and no concerned shown.

I want to know who is to be held responsible.

It was completely waste of money.. I had bought mee mee glass milk bottle. We can sterilize it as it was written instructions behind pack of the bottle. But it got broke down in just 2 to 3 boil. You must had prohibited to sterilize it but you didn't give any clear specification. Really very disappointing.. Very bad experience with mee mee first time ever.. I want refund to keep faith in mee mee in future

But the product was good and I have want another product on exchange base but your shop was not expecting that the top level was not exchange.so please exchange my product and please see that matter.and I was sayong your exchange day more and I was exchange with in 15days because I purchased product on gift bases.

Your product has one problem regarding baby seating potion, i already show stroller to the concern first cry shop. First cry shop service executive says its mee mee company problem, not our (First cry) problem.

​i heard that mee mee is good brand, selling good products, having good reputation in market, hence i purchased stroller of your brand.

I request to first cry shop executives repair the same problem or exchange the stroller, but they told me "its mee mee brand problem, not our problem." (First cry service executive also says "stroller has problem")

I request to you, please exchange the product otherwise i will go to the consumer court, for selling faulty product to us.

I made a purchase worth rs.800 from mee mee.in site on oct 8, 2017 (Order no[protected]. But i have not received confirmation email or anything from mee mee till now. Money has been debited from my account.in the site it is saying tracking details does not exist. I tried to contact customer care many times, wrote emails, but nobody is picking up call thr or replying the mail. I have no idea what had hapnd to my order. It is a fraudulent thing...

We are using mee mee feeding bottles and liked the quality of it. So we went ahead thinking that pump will be of same quality. So we have purchased the manual breast pump a month ago inorder to pump during working hours and used it very rarely. Now the suction has stopped working altogether when tried to use in office so had to manually express milk. This caused lot of inconvienince.
We never expected this from a trusted brand that too with a rare usage.
Called customer care too but didnt respond.

I suggest everyone to never go for mee mee products.. Its all of low quality. Cant even come for a month usage.

We buyed mee mee sipper cup yesterday. The inner link always removing and the water spilling out. The link removing again and again. We faced the same problem previous also.. They cheating people by creating this type of baby products. Kindly ask them to replace my product or give me proper explanation from the company team. Hoping the problem is sloved

The product part were replaced on 30/6 but just after a week on 7th Jul it stopped working efficiently
The suction is not working with the power it use to. The executive that came could resolved it on 8th Jul
I have called the customer care number around 20 times explaining the same issue – manager tanisha assured me that she will get this resolved but all they did is saying machine is working

The is a instrument to measure the power of suction which was never sent by the team
I have got a new machine costing me 4k again even though this machine is under warranty till 2/9/16

I need the machine to work or my money back but the team has already told the machine will be this way only so all I need is the refund as product is still under warranty

Subject: Breast pump suction not working

I have given my breast pump at juhu service centre today. 30 th Jun at 8pm.the suction has reduced it doesn't give me the output even though the breast is full.

I have been using this since March'16 so I an aware that is the suction that has reduced as I use it 6 times a day. We have tried to change the pipe but still no change.

I need urgent help. Pump submitted at juhu store.
