Placed an order with me n moms for the first time for 5 baby dress and 2 of the dresses got delivered and 2 of the dresses got cancelled. I am still waiting on the delivery of 1 dress which is pending from Aug 28, 2023 . Followed up multiple times . Initially I was getting response that it will be delivered shortly now no response at all. Have not got a refund either. Really frustrated . Don't ever trust this company...

I am awaiting refund for a return item since last 2 months. I have tried for so long by sending emails but everytime they say refund is processed and would reflect in 7-15 days but this has been going on for 2 months now. Lately they have stopped replying as well.

The status for returned item says "Returned" on their website.

I have purchased online on menmoms.in on august 27th. Money was debited 849 rs. Haven't recieved any updates till now it's been a month.
I got whatsap chat from one number claiming to be company they say order is being processed till now same thing is repeated. I have sent them payment screenshots.
