I had visited the mall around 10pm with my family on 3/5/2023 for dinner, so when I reached the parking area and was waiting for the slip the employee told me to pay 100 Rs as charges according to him is 100 Rs post 9pm I am also attaching the picture which I took which proofs what I am saying.. immediate action must be taken...when I confronted him he told me all the parking people charge extra why not us......

MGF Metropolitan Mall continues to charge parking fee to its visitors, I visited the mall on 21 April 2023 and was charged 40 rupees for parking my vehicle for just 50 minutes. There is a Gujarat High Court and Keral High Court order restraining these malls from charging parking fee but they continue to flout these rules. even in Delhi, this has been banned by the Delhi High Court in Sanjay Puri v. South Delhi
Municipal Corporation WP(C) 9531/2017.
Whoever is the competent authority, be it the MCD or DDA should seal the parlking facility for flouting these rules and charging for parking even though these services are ancillary services that should be provided for free to patrons and visitors
