I purchased a product from a company named MM
Telecom Pvt Ltd (Noida based company). I ordered a phone from them with the payment of rs40, 000, after I
recieved the product when I unboxed it infront of the company personnel over video call the
product wasn't the product which I ordered for. I have the recorded video of the unboxing as well
as the company has the same too. Now the company is making me go round and round to avail
my return/replacement/refund. They are trying to avoid my calls and texts when I ask them about
any update of the same

Recived wrong product but when asking for refund no reply

I purchased mobile phone from the company called mm telecom pvt Ltd ( noida based ) B-105, first floor, park lane, sector 63 Noida 201301. they sent me the wrong product asked me to open the product in video call in front of them, they said it was there company's policy to record the video call while we open our product. As I received wrong product on 22nd of August, I requested a refund, the amount was 15, 000. They kept extending the refund date saying, we've had this problem in our company for the first time, they said they would send me my refund but they're said it'll only be possible on 7th of September.
Why would a company ask for 17 days for a refund. But then again they didn't do my refund till now.
And they have an Instagram account as mobile and more.
When I asked her to let me talk to her senior, she spoke to me with a different voice pretending to be her senior.
