recieved the product when I unboxed it infront of the company personnel over video call the

I purchased mobile phone from the company called mm telecom pvt Ltd ( noida based ) B-105, first floor, park lane, sector 63 Noida 201301. they sent me the wrong product asked me to open the product in video call in front of them, they said it was there company's policy to record the video call while we open our product.
