Mm Telecom Pvt Ltd — Recieved wrong product

I am an Alumni of IIT Kharagpur. Recently I purchased a product from a company named MM
Telecom Pvt Ltd (Noida based company). I ordered a phone from them with the payment, after I
recieved the product when I unboxed it infront of the company personnel over video call the
product wasn't the product which I ordered for. I have the recorded video of the unboxing as well
as the company has the same too. Now the company is making me go round and round to avail
my return/replacement/refund. They are trying to avoid my calls and texts when I ask them about
any update of the same

No not yet, they are saying that they are looking into the matter. However I doubt they are giving any efforts.
I received the wrong parcel on 22nd and they gave me the date 7th sep for the refund and said they would do the refund on 7th, someone named kanishka maam talked to me about that saying she's a employee there.

They are big fraud I feel. They will always keep on extending the deadline until one dies out. It's more than 20days and they are extending each deadline like nothing. If by any means u get refund on time do lemme know. I am going to take legal action on them now using my contacts

I would highly recommend you guys to also lodge a complaint against them in portals like this and consumer helpline. If we don't raise the voice then they won't ever take any action and they will keep doing fraud with others as well. The complaint which I lodged here sent a notice to them, so multiple such complaints and they will be right on their knees.

I have faced this ignorance past 3 weeks so I am very clear they aren't gona refund.
They gave me date till 7th, if they fail to do my refund on the 7th then I too am gonna file a complaint.
They're probably thinking they'll get through this easily, but let's make sure they don't.

Btw just wanted to know you ordered your phone to which location? I ordered over Bangalore and they blamed Delhivery for the misplace of the Phone. So I am curious about ur delivery location.

No I didn't, they're ignoring me, they kept me waiting but didn't call me, and she was like I think I told you that it was on 8th and when I told her I had the call recording of the time they told me that the refund would be done on 7th and then she was like wait I'll call you but didn't call me, she isn't even replying to my texts
report your complaint by contacting 1915 . there's high chance of your problem getting resolved

Guys let's do one thing, you guys file a complaint against them to your local police and I'll do the same here, I think they'll make sure to find them if alot of people file a complaint against them in the same time, my amount is 15000 not less, let's not just sit and wait for them to do something, let's take a step now

If we complaint to our local police it would be like an individual effort, rather if we somehow manage to complaint to UP or more specifically Noida police then collectively they would find more complaints in one table and can lead to severe action. Considering we have their location bet it can be worth a shot
They extended the date again, she is changing her voice, again and again and one moment she is Kiran and then again she is kanishka, they think we are dumb

That Kiran is the same as Pallavi. You wouldn't believe it in the voice call she by mistakenly said that "han mein hi kiran hu" and then the next moment she remembered that she was Pallavi and she diverted it. I still have the recording and it is pretty clear how big fraud they are doing by changing voice and name
How should I file a complaint to UP police??

Need to figure that out.
I called 1915, and I filed a complaint against them, they said we would receive a text message from them within 35 days.
I've filed a complaint in here as well, I suggest you to call [protected] once. and file a complaint here as well.

I purchased mobile phone from the company called mm telecom pvt Ltd ( noida based ) B-105, first floor, park lane, sector 63 Noida 201301. they sent me the wrong product asked me to open the product in video call in front of them, they said it was there company's policy to record the video call while we open our product. As I received wrong product on 27 July 2022, I requested a refund, the amount was 16, 500. They kept extending the refund date saying, we've had this problem in our company for the first time, they said they would send me my refund but they're said it'll only be possible on 18th of August.
Why would a company ask for 17 days for a refund. But then again they didn't do my refund till now.
And they have an Instagram account as mobile and more.
When I asked her to let me talk to her senior, she spoke to me with a different voice pretending to be her senior.

Would urge everyone to first lodge complaint in consumer helpline, then report their Instagram page and then finally also need to lodge a complaint against police.

I gave delivery guy 200₹ and asked that I’ll open package and check.

I ordered iPhone but there was some random box inside, So I closed package and returned it there itself
