I just ordered a redmi note 6 pro battery from mobile monk order is is #62677 . After using 5 to 6 days I am facing serious problems like suddenly switch off or sudden battery jumps after complaining for a week there are no response from mobilemonk customer service ..
I just filled soo many times return requests and replacement requests but they don't response any of my request and they blocked me from their website .

Complaint against received totally incompatible mobile battery
On dated 29th July 2023 received my order number 62556 for mobile battery, Original Redmi Note 4 Battery BN43.
With disappointing I am informing that the position of battery pin is not at appropriate place therefore the battery pin is not inserting at mobile jack. Due to this reason the ordered battery is not full filling my purpose. Sent reminder and also registered my complaint through company’s whatsapp number but I didn’t get any response from that end too. The company’s customer care number is also not attended by executives; only VRS system is working mechanically.
battery se nikli pin quality damage hai, jo apni jageh me lag hi nahi rahi, 29 july ko battery received hui thi, oske baad se kafi mail, whatsapp & customer care number [protected] par kafi call kar liya, but koi response nai mil raha, payment bhi online le li, 427/-, abi battery mile 11 days ho gaye, battery bhi same condition me packed hai, battery replace / refund ke liye mail bhi sent kiya, but company side se koi solution nai mil raha, please help.

Received non compatible battery
I have placed an order 61947 for iPhone 6s battery on 19 jun and on 25 Jun they delivered me iPhone 7s battery. On the same day I placed a request for replacement on site as well through email but there is no reply. Customer care no is IVR always reply ’we will call you’ WhatsApp number is non responsive.
Please help out.

I order battery from this site and they have a replacement or refund within month what they are claiming but i got no response for my money getting back and the product they delivered its defective my phone won't get longer than an hour after charging 100 precent, many times I called there helpline no. No one will pick up and there customer service if way more poorer than someone can think this company should be blacklisted.

The battery looks fine but received battery late 2 days than the expected delivery date.

I have order 2 piece battery. Deducted 1299 rs from my bank. Today is 45 days over. Not get a single response. They blocked my number. Cheater company fraud company mobile monk. Full fake site mobilemonk.in. don't buy anything from this cheating people....
