Dear company, kindly arrange a call back to me i want ro raised complain againts your company and thir person emplyoee who work in your company they dont have any sense how to talk with customer and senior citizen if your staf are female it not mean they have right to talk anything misuses their power of female! Blackmail and harrasment on call! You think its your company well work?
I want to complain with higher management as well...

I have already fully paid loan amount and my loan is close but money tap showing loan is active and message me your next month emi deducted from my account please sufficient balance.money tap is fraud...

Due to medical emergency i have taken loan from Money Tap nbfc registered Application but due to financial crises and issue i am unable to pay EMI but Money Tap recovery agent continuously harasses me and threatened me to call my contacts list and visit my home and defame me kindly look into this matter and help me

I had availed a loan from Money tap 20000 on 10 sept which i paid 8 emi till date and last emi is pending due to they had deducted my ECS in month of march april and may approximately 3000 rs more then regular from my bank account
and my last emi pending is 2216 only
despite several discussion with thier agents only as no customer care available on thier site and app they are not listening or responding to my concern to resolve...

By mistake due to covid i missed to make payment and sent several email explaining the situation. No proper response till now

I'm capable of repaying and want my account to be activated...

This is to bring into your notice that i have taken loan through Money Tap App based on RBL Card. which was mentioned as EMI option Loan Amount 187000 & EMI amount of Rs 6528, my First EMI Date is on 4th April. But in the first EMI month instead of charging EMI the app say i need to pay total amount or minumum amount of Rs. 10029 Which Includes (Card fee, Fin Charges Taxes ) the same amount has been paid on 4th April....

I always pay EMI on time and I have limit of 90000 .Even though my card is blocked....

N 17 th June-21 extra Amount is Added to my Existing Outstanding Amount.

On MAy-21 may Outstanding Amount is Rs.18000/-
June-21 increased Rs 30000/- Please Clarify?

What is Split n pay Rs.10000 + Processing Charges GST Added on 17.06.2021.
