Dear Sir
This is to bring into your notice that i have taken loan through Money Tap App based on RBL Card. which was mentioned as EMI option Loan Amount 187000 & EMI amount of Rs 6528, my First EMI Date is on 4th April. But in the first EMI month instead of charging EMI the app say i need to pay total amount or minumum amount of Rs. 10029 Which Includes (Card fee, Fin Charges Taxes ) the same amount has been paid on 4th April. Now Again the statement is generated for 1, 88, 339 with a minimum amount of Rs 12320 instead of EMI Amount 6528.
This is totally confusing and charging high from my side. I cant even Check my EMI Details properly in app and cant pay EMI in App. I cant even contact to the customer care. the lines get disconnect before connecting.
Please help sir as the Principal amount has been increasing day by day and i am unable to resolve by myslef in the app nor I can Contact the customer care team of Moneytap or RBL Banl Was this information helpful? |
