Bwing, Rajgriha society, , SRA building, 20th road, khar west had fire on 7/07/2021 in 11th floor nd 14th floor.
It was extinguished by using water buckets from every house.
Society, chairman and secretary were informed but they are least bothered of the impact on people.
As vigilant residents we decided to use fire equipment placed on every floor, that time we understood they are not working and neither any fire drill checking is done in last 8years.

I would like to thank you for the prompt initiative taken against my complaint on the above-mentioned letter number, and i really appreciate the survey and observations listed in your letter is up to the mark. However, the above letter has been already submitted to the office bearers of anmol pride c. H. S. L., but surprising, your intimation letter has been ignored and they are still continuing with the activity and the booking of the particular (P2) locations for personal events by taking the booking charges and no intimation has been given to the end user (Party) on relocation of the kitchen and stopping of this hazardous activity. The objective of writing this letter is to find an appropriate solution where the office bearers responsible for such illegal activity are brought under the scanner, and an appropriate action is taken against them for violating the law and not the party booking the venue, since they have been misguided by the office bearers about the same. While i am addressing this letter to you, the copy of the same shall also be shared with the office bearers of anmol pride c. H. S. L. And the recipients mentioned below for their kind information, and to ensure that they comply with law, rules and regulations regarding the same to ensure the safety of the residents and the building from any damages or harm caused due to the continuation of the illegal activities. Hoping for our prompt response and personal intervention in the above matter.

At around 6:30 am there was a fire brigade parked on wrong side near ram mandir on j p road andheri west. It blocked the way for indian oil bound traffic. While smaller vehicles could go the right and then come back to the left, best busses were finding it extremely difficult to move. Requested the driver to park on the right so that traffic will not get jammed.

He said it is an emergency and he will find it difficult in case something is required.

There were 3 officers in the jain mandir lane where the fire had taken place. They came out. Said there was no prolem. The police have come and moved out. Almost 15 minutes later.

                    The vehicle number was mh01an1689.

At 8:30 a.m. today, I called Fire Brigade Control Room on their number 101 but there was no reply. Then I called Mumbai Police Control Room on their number 100. A Police Constable visited my house and saw that the wall of the rear room has become damp and may collapse any time and the switch board fixed on that wall is hanging on one wire. He said he will report to the Police Station. Thereafter, I again called Fire Brigade but the officer who spoke to me said Fire Brigade will attend only after there is fire or short circuit. Now I have received call from BEST Undertaking and I have given them the details. The walls of my rear side room, kitchen and two bathrooms have become damp and weak and I am living in danger.

The basement car parking at maxus mall bhayander does not have a stair case connecting to the ground floor.

The security instructions on the lift says "in case of fire use stairs", however there are no stairs. I want to bring this to your notice. Such negligence will cause a catastrophe in case of fire.

Kindly survey the location and issue proper safety guidelines to the concerned people so that they can make necessary changes.

Cafe andora is situated at saint dominic road, opposite st. Andrew's high school, bandra west, mumbai 400050. This shop is illegal set up on salsette property which strictly forbids or disallow's any commercial set up in their locality. There are reasons to believe that they have no licences issued from your dept. (Fire dept.) as the shop is less than 300sqft. And does not qualify for certificates issued by your dept. And it is converted into an open restaurant. So please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

All the Fire Officers/Staffs are just issuing a NOC to all the Buildings/ commercial/Industrial premises without checking the proper Fire detection system/ fire fighting system which must be standard.
                                  But the Fire Officers
1)just harrassing to the owner or the society of the premises in differrent way to give the NOC, otherwise they want huge bribe to issue NOC then if there is useless Fire Protection system is provided that is also OK for them.
                                  2) Why the Fire Officers are not thinking of their colleages lives, citizens lives, cos the wrong / useless protection system will help them to grab the bribe but it will increase their job, create pollution, waste of water and many more problems are occuring due to their bribe.
                                  3) Why the Society of the building/ commercial /Industrial centres are not thinking the same to avoid misuse of the system, avoid pollution, avoid waste of water, stop the bribe instead of paying bribe provide the right protection system, which will not only saves lives but also property, time and production as well.
