These guys are frauds. They will promise you everything while booking and once you make the payment, they will start giving excuses the next day. I confirmed with them while booking if they will deliver flowers to a particular location and they confirmed they will. I had find "My Flower Gift Happiness Unlimited" through google and i had ordered below items on 09th Feb 2023 for my wife as valentine is coming (order Description
"6 Inch Teddybear Sitting In Heart Shape Arrangement Of 15 Red Roses, Half Kg heartshape black forest cake, Pair Of Heart Shape Balloons, Valentine Card")
Through whatss app they assisting in order and i try paying through card, i could proceed so i done my payment through Gpay Rs. 2, 700/- (Their GPAY name showing BOUQUET WORLD - [protected]@equitas), after i done the payment i received the mail through ([protected]@myflowergift.com) confirming the order, then i was following up with my order since 13th Feb 2023, they dint reply and 14th i try to call on their number ([protected] and [protected]) its ringing and not responding and i sent them a mail no reply and items also not delivered.

I am requesting register the complaint against them and take Severe action and please give me a justice and help me to get the refund Rs, 2700.

I ordered date:24.03.2022 a Bouquet Roses with 1feet Teddy beer and Balloon for Rs.1350 delivery date on 28.03.2022 to my wife Birthday .. They did not mentioned any delivery charges while ordering -(PO box:680542 -pazhanji-porkulam-kunnamkulam-Kerala). I am continuously follow-up with their emails and phone calls. But they don't answering any phone calls, after i got reply from their email .they again ask me to pay rs.400 for Delivery charges.
Still not yet received the paid items, Definitely going to book a case against the company. Please find attached email conversation.
