I had contacted the customer support team regarding the undelivered order, and instead of a refund, I was offered wallet credit. However, when I attempted to use the voucher for a subsequent purchase, I realized that there was no option or service available to utilize it, despite several attempts using different payment methods not able to usde the service.

Order #[protected], condolence flowers to be delivered on 19th in Dibrugarh, Assam. On the delivery day, they called to say they cannot deliver. We asked them to make the refund and they promised to do so. They did not action any refund/ nor delivered the flowers even after a week. Made 2-3 calls and now there are not even receiving the phone calls. Tried reaching through web chat, emails etc - no response. Very had service. Would rate them...

I ordered a cake to deliver on Christmas day to Kerala address. they called the same day and asked for another 200 rs for delivery bcos the delivery address is little far. I paid for that also online. after that, they never called or delivered the cake. when I contacted them they are saying it is delivered. I asked which address or proof. they are not bothering at all. I lost 1500 rs for nothing....
