Order #[protected], condolence flowers to be delivered on 19th in Dibrugarh, Assam. On the delivery day, they called to say they cannot deliver. We asked them to make the refund and they promised to do so. They did not action any refund/ nor delivered the flowers even after a week. Made 2-3 calls and now there are not even receiving the phone calls. Tried reaching through web chat, emails etc - no response. Very had service. Would rate them as fraud and they do not deliver to what they promise. No one should be using this website. Was this information helpful? |
